Here is what keeps Road Rover Mission Control going: The Granular
Silica Reactor. It supplies the power for everything in the base.
Lights. Machinery. You name it. It is a very wondrous device.
Not only is it almost limitless, but it is unconventional. It does
not use Uranium or other radioactive fuels, but simple sand. A
limitless fuel supply. Not only that, it doesn't create any harmful
radioactive byproducts like other reactors. It practically burns
up all of its fuel, the rest is broken down to it's basic molecules
and returned to the surface.
