Through here are the new and advance labs. Labs for Cano, Weapons, Transportation, Equipment and various other types of Research. Professor Hubert can usually be found in there burning the midnight oil. The newest technologies are being developed through those doors… Unfortunately, the experimentation that is going on in there is either too hazardous or too classified to risk a peek. After all, with the Rovers, our insurance premiums are high enough as it is so you can't go in.
